Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GiftPsych Insights website (the "Site") operated by GiftPsych Insights ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting content to the Site, you grant GiftPsych Insights and our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to the content you provide, or that you have the right to grant the license described above

3. Research Participation

GiftPsych Insights conducts research on gift-giving behaviors and consumer psychology. If you choose to participate in our research studies, the following terms apply:

3.1 Voluntary Participation

Your participation in any research study is entirely voluntary. You may decline to participate or withdraw from a study at any time without penalty.

3.2 Research Data

By participating in our research studies, you grant GiftPsych Insights the right to collect, analyze, and publish the data you provide in an anonymized and aggregated form. Individual responses will not be identifiable in any published results without your explicit consent.

3.3 Compensation

Some research studies may offer compensation for participation. The terms of compensation, if any, will be clearly disclosed prior to your participation in the study.

4. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GiftPsych Insights.

GiftPsych Insights has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law
